1 Year Warranty on all Surplus Parts and Repairs
The warranty term is one years from date of shipment unless stated otherwise in the description of the part. We warrant that the item will be free of functional defects that may occur under normal operating conditions within the warranty period. If a defect occurs, we will either send you a replacement unit, repair your unit, or refund your purchase price based upon availability. You must contact us for a return authorization and then return the defective unit within 30 days after reporting the defect. In most cases, Quicktime Automation will pay for return shipping and shipping of the replacement using our approved shipping method.
